You shall be required to work in our PCI Norman office on a hybrid basis (some days at home and some days in the Norman office).
 

Software Consultant - Principal


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging software solutions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure software solutions are aligned with industry best practices, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Inspire and guide team members to deliver high-quality results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on expertise, professionalism, and successful project delivery. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with our consulting services.
  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and industry trends. Share insights with the team, contribute to the development of best practices, and actively participate in industry forums and events.
  • Provide strategic oversight for multiple projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and educational sessions to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about software solutions. Share knowledge on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
  • Management the relationship and implementation cycle of a project with clients.
  • Ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our software with clients.
  • Other duties that are customarily performed by an employee employed in a similar job position.
