What kind of Professional/or competencies does this role require :

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Support (Ability to provide helpful and constructive support to internal and external clients, excellent communication skills)
  • Ownership (Provide regular progress updates, take ownership of mistakes, follow through on commitments, seek feedback, and hold oneself and others responsible for meeting goals and standards)

What type of educational background are we looking for? 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • If 5+ years of relevant experience and no degree, we’re still willing to interview the candidate

 

Duties:

  • Oversee onboarding requests for the PCI Kube platform, triaging tickets and deploying new systems
  • Plan Sprints and work with leadership on the Platform Engineering roadmap
  • Manual testing of platform components and Enterprise Products
  • Documentation of the PCI Kube User Guide
  • Provide support for internal development teams
  • Help with orchestration of on-prem deployment projects
