We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst / Scrum Master to join our incredible team!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist Division Directors with resource management and optimizing team productivity
  • Conduct regular assessments of project timelines and resource requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural design principles
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions
  • Contribute to the development of the overall technical strategy and vision for the software development team
  • Focus on all development activities 50% of the time
  • Design and implement secure software and practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize software development needs, including design, development, documentation, and testing of new and existing software.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technical initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing software applications.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within software development, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical employees.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Professional program certification in Java is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AWS is preferred.
  • Strong English skills – spoken, written, and reading
  • Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima)
