We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst / Scrum Master to join our incredible team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
 - Assist Division Directors with resource management and optimizing team productivity
 - Conduct regular assessments of project timelines and resource requirements
 - Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural design principles
 - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions
 - Contribute to the development of the overall technical strategy and vision for the software development team
 - Focus on all development activities 50% of the time
 - Design and implement secure software and practices
 - Collaborate with other departments to prioritize software development needs, including design, development, documentation, and testing of new and existing software.
 - Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively.
 - Collaborate with leadership to align technical initiatives with organizational objectives.
 - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle
 
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing software applications.
 - Proven experience in a leadership role within software development, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
 - Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical employees.
 - Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
 - In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.
 - Professional program certification in Java is strongly preferred.
 - Experience with AWS is preferred.
 - Strong English skills – spoken, written, and reading
 - Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima)
