We are looking for a Software Analyst - Associate to join our incredible team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products.
  • Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
  • Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features.
  • Provide project management for internal product development projects.
  • Monitor market changes to align PCI products accordingly.
  • Collect general customer needs and requirements for product.
  • Provide product consulting support to clients
  • Define and document technical processes and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Software Analyst or related function.
  • Experience with Java, Python, SQL and AWS.
  • Fully developed client facing communication skillset.
  • Team task-ad time management skills.
  • Able to manage activities or projects within a team/product.
  • Proficient with office software tools.
  • Configure applications/debug scripts to customer needs.
  • Able to perform customer success manager role with familiar clients.
  • Working knowledge of how product is used within the industry for a given area.
  • Experienced with product level client solutions.
  • Train and develop other software analysts.
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Strong English skills – spoken, written, and reading
  • Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima)
