Sr. Director of Product Management (RTO Markets)
Responsibilities:
•Develop, maintain and communicate the product vision and roadmaps both internally and externally; Define and prioritize product requirements for the product development team.
•Validate product requirements by being involved in internal product demos and acceptance of features of the software.
•Work with release manager to establish release plans that deliver value to customers.
•Work with the VP of Product management to develops business cases for large initiatives (“Epics”) that affect his or her product lines.

•Collaborate with system engineering to ensure his or her product lines meet relevant enterprise standards.
•Provide Tier-2 support services for existing customers.
•Support sales and marketing by keeping reference demo system current conveying the value of his or her product line to customers and participating in marketing events and sales initiatives; including keeping reference demo system up to date, participating in product demos, RFI and RFP processes.
•Support project implementations by reviewing and approving statement of works (SOW) in the following areas; list of products included in the solution, release plans, product dependencies and alignment of business requirements with product functionality.
•Coordinate project resources with professional services group and serves as part of project implementation teams as required.
•Maintain functional specifications of his or her products and understands other legal aspects related to the production and delivery of software products.
•Oversee and lead team of direct and indirect reports.
•Manage his or her product lines as a business, including tracking performance based on business measures (profit, revenue, market share, cost/budget, and customer perceived value and customer satisfaction), managing risks, planning of resources, budgets and pricing.
•Achieve assigned personal goals; contribute to achievement of team and company goals.
•Other duties as assigned
