Key Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle installation and support in Linux and Windows environments
  2. Proven track record in database security, encompassing user management, profiles, encryption, and auditing
  3. Demonstrated proficiency across multiple RDBMS platforms (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
  4. In-depth knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies for both on-premise and cloud deployments
  5. Desired certifications: Oracle OCA or higher, AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher
  6. Advanced English skills.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Spearhead the implementation and optimization of highly scalable, highly available production infrastructure for diverse RDBMS environments
  2. Develop and execute innovative strategies for next-generation database administration
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert for database implementations, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Design and implement robust monitoring and support solutions for mission-critical database platforms
  5. Drive operational efficiency through strategic process automation, ensuring precision and adherence to security protocols.
  6. Advanced English skills
  7. Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima).
