Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle installation and support in Linux and Windows environments
- Proven track record in database security, encompassing user management, profiles, encryption, and auditing
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple RDBMS platforms (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
- In-depth knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies for both on-premise and cloud deployments
- Desired certifications: Oracle OCA or higher, AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher
- Advanced English skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of highly scalable, highly available production infrastructure for diverse RDBMS environments
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for next-generation database administration
- Serve as the subject matter expert for database implementations, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and implement robust monitoring and support solutions for mission-critical database platforms
- Drive operational efficiency through strategic process automation, ensuring precision and adherence to security protocols.
- Advanced English skills
- Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima).
